In addition to acupuncture treatment, other methods of healing may also be incorporated:-

• Guasha - often used for muscular skeletal problems promoting healing
• Moxa - a heating treatment for areas of the body that need warmth and may be used in combiniation with needling
• Cupping - glass cups which for example may be used to clear 'invasions' (colds etc), or move energy that is stuck
• Massage - relaxes and stimulates areas of the body where there is stagnation, encouraging the Qi (energy) to flow more freely
• Tui Na - a Chinese form of massage.
